COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – We’re here for you and ready to help

We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone — a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.

In response to the current situation, we’ve implemented some changes and have taken actions to ensure continued service to our customers. Rest assured, we are prepared to serve you.

As of March 20th, 2020, all of our offices are presently closed to the public.

We are asking all clients / partners to communicate by phone, email, Facebook, website and, for some locations, through our online mobile app. Please visit www.gotoinsure.ca to find contact information for your broker.

These precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our employees in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customer, for the long term.

We anticipate further communications as the situation evolves and is addressed. We will be monitoring and adjusting as required and will continue to notify you as these changes are made.
